Service desk for B2B teams

Agoraboard

Agoraboard turns customer email into tickets in one queue. Teams reply from the ticket, track SLAs, give customers a portal for their requests, and add projects or a CRM when they need them.

Who it is for

Business-to-business teams that answer requests from customers or colleagues, and want every request in one queue with a clear owner and a deadline.

What we built

  • Email turned into tickets, attachments and images included, with replies sent from the ticket
  • SLA targets on tickets, so the team sees what is due
  • A customer portal where requesters open and follow their own tickets
  • Projects and a CRM as modules a team switches on, with tickets linked to tasks and deals
  • Roles and staff groups that decide who sees which tickets and which customer details
  • The interface in seven languages

Under the hood

Agoraboard runs as a tenant app on the same platform as Tivali, so sign-up, billing and tenant setup come from the platform and the product holds only what teams do in it. Its optional modules sit on a shared ticketing and identity core.

Tivali and Agoraboard run on one platform we designed and operate: a control plane that handles sign-up, billing and the list of tenants, and a data plane per product with its own database and file storage. GoTerm runs on its own while it is in beta. Databases are never exposed to the network, and the platform's parts talk only over authenticated HTTPS.
